Mai's Jewelry (also known as Mai's Bands) is a Houston, Texas jadeite house. Questions about these terms can be sent through our Contact page.

Using this website

You may browse the catalog for personal, lawful use. Listings, prices, and these terms may change at any time. The current version is always posted on this page.

Products

Each piece is one-of-one. Photographs are taken in natural and studio light; jade shifts with the day, and the stone in hand will differ from a screen. Treatments, origin, and any certificate are described on the listing. A certificate, when provided, is tied to that individual piece.

Orders and payment

Cart and checkout run on Shopify. Completing checkout on Shopify forms your order. We do not store your full payment card number on this website. Prices are shown in the currency for your shipping country and may change until you pay.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping policy. Returns, exchanges, Live Sale purchases, custom work, and international return costs are described in our Returns policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mai's Jewelry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or a purchase. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is Harris County, Texas, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
