This policy explains how Mai's Jewelry (also known as Mai's Bands), based in Houston, Texas, collects and uses information when you visit our website or place an order.

Who we are

Mai's Jewelry is a Houston jadeite house. We sell one-of-one Type A Burmese jadeite jewelry and ship worldwide.

Information we collect

When you write to us through the Contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message so we can reply. We send that message through Resend, an email provider, to our atelier inbox.

When you shop, our cart and checkout run through Shopify. Shopify processes order, shipping, and payment details on our behalf. We do not store your full payment card number on this website.

We also set first-party cookies so we can remember your language, shipping country (for currency), and shopping bag. See our Cookies for details.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to run the storefront, fulfill and support orders, answer inquiries, remember your locale and bag, and keep the site secure.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand anonymous page views and site performance. They do not use cookies and are not advertising pixels.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies keep the site working: language, country, and cart. TikTok and YouTube players load only if you choose Accept all on the cookie notice. Shopify checkout may set its own cookies after you leave this site.
